Unless disabled people are intentionally included in employment they will be unintentionally excluded. Twenty-four percent of our New Zealand population identify with disability. This provides a huge talent pool and there are considerable benefits for employers to consider this pool.

Why we do what we do: In New Zealand the employment rate for disabled people continues to decline. Employers continue to miss out on this untapped talent pool.
